Hector is at heart a Community-Driven project. This means that the community plays a key role in shaping the future of the project. Those who hold HEC, sHEC, wsHEC, or owsHEC can vote on important community decisions like Audits, Listings, and Fund Management. Proposals are called Hector Improvement Proposals (HIPs).
